- tracing: compile_prompt with Langfuse managed prompt fallback
- journey: remove journey CLI subcommand (keep only interactive)
- LLM: add service-specific llm modules for batch-agent and chat
- gitignore: exclude eval private test data
- config: add LANGFUSE settings to shared config
